Mark Smiley and Antonio Davis were referred to me by a very dear friend. At the time, I'd nearly given up on finding the home of my dreams. After buying a condo and living in it for almost 15 years, I sold and moved into a rental apartment. Since 1996, I've searched for the perfect home. I was very explicit in what I asked for, but for some unknown reason agents continued to show me listings I didn't like in undesirable areas. There were times they knew to keep driving--with nothing said--on to the next listing. Even when my loan process became problematic, I turned to Mark and his partner, Antonio for all the answers.
It has been nearly three months since Mark and Antonio presented me with the keys to my new home, a beautiful floral arrangement, and most importantly, the reassurance of their professional expertise and personal assistance in the future if needed. Mark and Antonio's sincerity and promises are indicative of the service they provided me with since we began working together.
